synthesis method | According to literature reports, the synthesis method of this intermediate is 4-chloro-3-nitrobenzenesulfonic acid aminolysis method; O-nitroaniline sulfonation with sulfuric acid or chlorosulfonic acid as sulfonating agent respectively. In the first method, the reaction needs to be carried out under certain pressure, and the synthesis process is complicated; the solvent used in the second method is a mixture of chlorobenzene and dichlorobenzene, and the product yield is 89.3% with sulfuric acid as sulfonating agent and 90% with chlorosulfonic acid as sulfonating agent. The price of solvent and chlorosulfonic acid is higher. |
